Policies

Your purchase will be shipped out within 3-5 working days (unless otherwise stated) upon receiving payment. 

It will be sent via registered mail. This will allow us to track your parcel and ensure it reaches you safely as much as possible. You will need to be available to sign for your parcel, or else you will be notified if you have to collect it at the post office OR it will be redelivered.

<<<For peeps in Singapore>>> We are also able to do meet-ups in the West/Town area if that is easier!

<<<International orders (out of Singapore)>>> will take up to 8 - 20 days. It will also include a tracking number. If your parcel does not reach you after that due to a mail hiccup, do let us know and we will look into it.

The buyer is responsible for any taxes/customs/ charges/duties incurred on their purchases or shipment of the item that are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.


The pictures provided of our items are the closest depiction of their actual colour, etc. However if you wish to have more pictures/details, do drop us a query.

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds but if there are faults in the purchase, do inform us within 3 days upon receiving it and we can do a product exchange after item has been sent back. Shipping for an exchange will be charged at approx $4.
